Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

If tracking appears paused or doesn’t update for a few days, this is normal during international transit.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
